Appellant, Arthur Michael Trickey, was one of several co-defendants charged with and subsequently convicted of conspiracy to counterfeit United States currency in violation of 18 U.S.C. ?? 371 and 471. On February 10, 1982, the jury found all of the co-defendants guilty, and on March 18, 1982, appellant was sentenced to four years in prison.
